Over the past three decades, Pillar was the first to ntroduce epoxy covered treater rolls, ozone destruct systems, and solid-state power supplies. Pillar piloted the first U.S. manufactured split box treater station, introduced "Universal" corona treating to the industry, and developed the first transistorized air-cooled power supply for induction sealing. Pillar Technologies offers a full line of narrow web and wide web corona treatment systems, including the revolutionary new P6000 compact power supply that can deliver more power in a smaller package than any previously designed unit on the market. The newest patented Universal" treater delivers the flexibility of a bare roll system with the efficiency of a covered roll system. This revolutionary system enables the user to treat both conductive and non-conductive materials utilizing the same corona treating station. Standard and custom designs enable the user to corona treat a variety of substrates to enhance adhesion of solvent-based, water-based and U.V. inks. The Foiler and Unifoiler Induction Capsealers are on the forefront of Pillar's packaging equipment lines. Total capsealing packages range from hand-held to fully automated, high speed integrated systems.
