Corona Treater Roll Coverings

I.C.E. offers a complete line of Corona Treater Roll Coverings, including Silicone Sleeves, Hypalon, Epoxy, and Ceramic.

The most convenient and inexpensive dielectric covering for corona treater stations is silicone rubber. Our silicone is manufactured to very tight specifications, with tolerances as low as +/- 0.1 mm wall thickness and +/- 1.0 mm ID. Sleeves can be replaced easily in the field; other dielectrics, such as hypalon, epoxy or ceramic, are bonded to the backing roller. With these coverings, the entire roller must be replaced in the event of dielectric failure. The damaged roll must then be sent out for costly and time-consuming repair.

I.C.E. Inc. Silicone Sleeves are available in a wide range of diameters. All sizes are in stock for immediate delivery. We stock silicone sleeves for the following roll diameters:

1 ½" , 2" , 2 ½" , 3" , 3 ½" , 4" , 6" & 8"

We stock red and orange sleeves; however most of our customers prefer the orange sleeve as they say it lasts much longer than the red.
