Until now, the cleaning of inks and coatings from anilox rollers and plates has been done with hazardous chemical-based cleaning solutions that are not only harmful to the environment, but also to those using them. Many products claiming to be non-toxic have high pH levels and are corrosive. They may also be combustible, posing a fire hazard. I.C.E. has just changed all of that.

This revolutionary product is ideal for the safe and efficient removal of UV, solvent, and water-based inks and coatings from anilox rolls, plates, doctor blades, printing presses, floors, and even the entire press room area!

IceGreen performs very well in a cleaning tank or soak system; is excellent for immersing plates and cleaning anilox rolls in troughs or containers. It can also can be applied to rolls and plates on-press.

The product is easily applied by using a spray bottle, or may be wiped on using a cloth soaked in the solution. IceGreen is concentrated and may be diluted up to 1:32 with water depending on your cleaning needs.
